Pros

If you want to learn, be inspired by a smart and innovative leader, and be a part of changing the tyranny that the far left is imposing on all of us, come here. Elon is great and he has torn down the culture of identity politics that this place had. This place was full of entitled, insufferable power hungry children obsessed with their first world problems, that enjoyed tearing down the opinions of others that they don't agree with. All of this while working a 2-3 hour day at best, and spending all of their working time being members of employee resource groups and stuffing their faces at the overstocked all-day cafeteria. This is why they are downvoting the CEO: they're mad that the slacking off and fascism has ended. If you want to watch that culture come tumbling down, be inspired, and if you're a techie that wants the best resources to build at your fingertips, come here.

Cons

None. Thank you for getting rid of the petulant, fascist children that were running this place.

Pros

The company offers good benefits and company wide perks.

Cons

The Finance and Accounting department suffers from favoritism, nepotism, and poor leadership. Promotions and opportunities appear to be driven more by personal relationships than by performance, contributions, or expertise. The Accounting Controller demonstrates biased and unprofessional leadership, which has created a culture of low accountability and poor morale. High performers are often overlooked while favored individuals continue to advance despite limited contributions. The department relies heavily on outdated and manual processes that create inefficiencies and unnecessary work. There seems to be little urgency to modernize systems or improve operations. The culture also tolerates underperformance, with inconsistent expectations and accountability across team members. This can be frustrating for employees who value merit, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
