      More perks than before, benefits are much better than before

      Cons

      Horrible boss. Micromanages everything, but doesnt have a proper plan in mind. Criticizes and laughs at own employees for their work done, without giving any proper feedback at all. Always finding someone to blame instead of trying to resolve the situation first. Don't join this company

      Pros

      I learnt how real world work environment is like. The management team was friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Personally, I felt like the test process was not constructed properly, which may cost in bias test results, but all in all, it's not a huge company.
