More perks than before, benefits are much better than before

Cons

Horrible boss. Micromanages everything, but doesnt have a proper plan in mind. Criticizes and laughs at own employees for their work done, without giving any proper feedback at all. Always finding someone to blame instead of trying to resolve the situation first. Don't join this company

Very driven workstyle, good at handling remote work, monthly allowance for company recreation, monthly snack allowance.

Cons

Their willingness to push the workers to overdeliver and not compensating enough. Bad managerial decision. There was no real art direction at one point, micromanaging bosses pulling to an uncertain direction.

Cons

Crunch and OTs are common. Lack of work life balance. Some of the upper management are bad at what they do.
