Pros

Pantry with stocked vending machine and free monthly credits. Friendly colleagues. Chill environment.

Cons

Crunch and OTs are common. Lack of work life balance. Some of the upper management are bad at what they do.

I learnt how real world work environment is like. The management team was friendly and helpful.

Cons

Personally, I felt like the test process was not constructed properly, which may cost in bias test results, but all in all, it's not a huge company.
