Pros
Pay was great, co workers were awesome, customers were awesome, commision on top of base pay. I worked hard and so I moved up quickly, unfortunately i had to relocate before i could begin my new position.
Cons
long hours( retail expectations) Also, management was a pretty big problem at my location. Many managers were extremely unqualified and most of them lacked proper communication skills
