Pros
Nice co-workers, working with great products that you can be passionate about, staff discount.
Cons
Understaffed, little flexibility with regards to time off, low-hour temporary contracts which are consistently renewed rather than being offered a permanent position with a guaranteed number of hours. Hours were regularly cut at the last minute which means you don't know how much money you are going to earn week to week. Was kept on an 8 hour contract even though I worked 30-40 hours most weeks, but it meant that they could cut my hours at their discretion and I couldn't complain.
