Pros
It's a rarity to be genuinely excited to come to work every single day, yet I am! Zynga has done an amazing job at building a culture and atmosphere where employees WANT to come to work and make a difference in the gaming community. Not only is everyone super nice and welcoming, but they really want to see you succeed here as well. Overall thrilled to be a part of this company.
Cons
Since Zynga is expanding so rapidly, I think there are some growing pains with the processes and procedures of an ever-expanding company, but then again, I feel like it comes with the territory when there is growth.
