Pros
It’s an American company so perks and benefits were great. Great energy and youthful vibe.
Cons
The managers (game design) in Bangalore office were biased and openly indulged in favoritism. Their woke tokenism was laughable. No diversity. Major disparity in pay scale. If you didn’t pander to the upper echelons in the office, you could kiss your career goodbye, didn’t matter how hard you worked.
