      Good people, you learn a lot, and perks are good, but diminishing over time.

      Cons

      Management is kinda hit or miss, a lot of missed opportunities, some cronyism at the higher levels

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
