      not a ton of room for upward movement, even if you 'kill it' in your role they will find a way to keep you there. a lot of internal politics

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
