      Pros

      Zynga had a great general working culture, lots of fun, good comp, various silos worked well together before the FB to Mobile market implosion.

      Cons

      Engineering teams pushed too hard eventually lead to timelines for everything breaking. Senior management was a nightmare. Long term planning didn't exist.

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
