Pros
Lots of opportunities to learn. Jovial work environment (for now). Encouragement to be creative and take on your own projects. Fun place to be, good perks. Good place for those that will harness their own destiny, you can eventually go far if you fight with your teeth to get ahead.
Cons
Too much work at too many levels which will overwhelm you if you are responsible. Too much work at too many levels which you will get away with not doing if you are irresponsible. The amount of work is not prioritized, goals and side projects may rain on you constantly. Daily process are way too meticulous for parts of the team and get in your way to get job done quickly. Receiving more work can be the most significant reward to your high performance. Direction of the team feels scattered. Chances to grow feel arbitrary and out of your control.
