low salary package they offer .also promotions are very less . now they made mandatory to come to office every 2 days week . which is insane cause the inflation is too much .room rent in banglore is up 40 50 percent . zynga is much better before t2 acquisition. before covid i can understand to come to office but after covid everything is changed . some of my friend didn't want to come to office but just a sake of office culture they have to spend money ofln room rent . and banglore is overcrowded and costly city to live . i can understand for seniors and leads to come to office cause they get good packages but for small level employees they have to suffer too i hope they can change the rule
