      employee stock plan is decent.

      the product, hostile leadership, lack of incentives. it's a cold calling sales position not account management.

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
