      Pros

      Pay packages and benefits are generally competitive - but pay raises for grade changes are generally low. Flexible working arrangements. The people are strong professionals and the work culture is generally collaborative

      Cons

      Constant chaos - dozens of poorly managed re-orgs over the last few years. Middle managers hold the burden of all the change with little support from upper management. Continuous outsourcing of functions/roles to hubs in India, and strong belief that AI will be able to handle the majority of work.
