      Pros

      - good hours, rarely expected to work past 17:30 - interesting work - lovely people

      Cons

      - lack of 'company' feel with no social budget/ christmas party etc. - lack of clear understanding of expectations in order to get promoted - lots of red tape around promotions and pay rises, not able to negotiate salary, its just set for you YoY which isn't very motivating
