      Pros

      Annual and personal leave. Do not need to work public holidays.

      Cons

      Minimal or no office hours - you will almost exclusively work console. Worse pay than PT or casual staff. Unrealistic work expectations. Minimal store hours that are stripped back more and more. You are a cost cutting measure, not a valued member of management.
