      Pros

      Reasonable pay if you don't mind being stuck on the same salary for years.

      Cons

      The ship is sinking - with the Oil industry in decline BP has decended into self important staff fighting for jobs and zero teamwork. No opportunity to progress, low morale and a management team that's got no direction.
