      Great salaries, benefits & training

      Cons

      Way too much overhead & admin people working on all sorts of zero value projects. Seem to have lost the touch since 2007 & still finding their way after 5 years in the wilderness. Terrible value for shareholders. HSE overkill stifles innovation.
