Pros

As a long-term employee, I have tried to find positives in this company, but I am hard pressed to do so. The fellow co-workers on the front lines are fun to work with, but the daily walk into the office is an exercise in demoralization at its finest.

Cons

Career opportunities are few and far between, and when they do arise, the assessment center process is a joke. There is no way to be impartial when hiring from within when everyone knows who you are, who favors you, and who doesn't. The salary is fine here if and only if you are doing the task that is listed in your job description, but as a leader once said, "You don't get noticed by doing your job." The problem is that you will find yourself often taking on new projects in the name of professional development with no mention of compensating you for the extra work.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
