      Challenging environment, ability to show your strengths. Good start up for new employers

      Cons

      Low salary rates and poor HR support. Newly involved candidates are treated and welcomed, however old employees with 5+ experience are left in shadow. Too much paperwork is included into day to day work leaving not much time for engineering calculations.
