      Pros

      Work is easy - you don't need to work really hard. Good for work-life balance. For the level of work you do, pay is good. There are really smart people.

      Cons

      Work is not challenging and motivating. You are not making much progress. There is a big push for values and behaviours but when you actually pursue it you get shot down for being persistent. Totally hypocritical.
