Pros
There are no pros to this company. They destroy the environment, operate as if it's the 1950's, and are unethical in all they do.
Cons
I am ashamed to work for this company. In 2015, leadership is all white males (having 1 female HR VP does not mean you are a diverse company), you are judged by how many hours you sit in your chair not your performance, technology and efficiency is never considered, the bureaucracy prevents anyone from getting anything done, contractors make decisions not BP staff. It's the worst company I have ever worked for in my career.
