My friend when for interview and end up receiving great feedbacks from interviewers , infact she was told upfront that she is hired and she needs to choose now if she wants to be in BP or not. After promising all this, the company and HRs vanished without telling her any reasons. She tried connecting with HR but she did not get any response. Being such a high values and good brand company, it is very irresponsible of them to do not give any feedback, be it positive or negative and kept the candidate waiting forever. Besides the interviews were so long that it took valuable time of the interviewers and candidate, thus no feedback suggests that they do not respect the time spent by both parties and assume that no feedback is necessary which is not appreciated at all . This led my other friends also form a negative opinion about BP .
