Good HR policies applicable on paper not for working employees, management people get it. High class infrastructure with low class or call centre management.
Cons
Inappropriate management :- For accounting and finance managers are from BPO. Low pay scale :- If you are harding working employee, u will be asked to work more with max 10%hike on the other hand special employees will get good hike. IJP & Growth- U will never get an IJP until your line manager wants it. For growth and improvement you can take calls with customers. Party Budget: Its never for employees who worked, its consumed by management. Indian manager n management will do anything to please Business. Listening and understanding issue- They have their own mind set for your every problem without even knowing the matter. No manager knows the actual work being performed on the floor, they are concerned about the data and mirco management.
