Pros

Catered lunch, can wear what you want at your desk, snacks and drinks

Cons

Horribly unorganized, will tell you one thing and it will be another behind your back, constantly changing proven procedures for no reason other than to do it, Let go of people without giving them a chance to correct an issue and then no replacing the agent and shifting the work load of the terminated agent to the rest.

Fantastic Game Industry Company

Pros

I've worked at 8 companies in the game industry over a 20 year career, including two of the big four publishers. Epic is by far the least political, most principled, and most inspiring place I've been. The management group genuinely cares for the team, and they show it by offering every benefit under the sun.

Cons

Epic is driven by an ambitious vision and works hard to make it a reality ASAP. The team moves fast, and work/life balance can suffer at times. Of course that's true of most game industry jobs, what's unique about Epic is that for many here the mission is worth working hard for.
