Poor Management and Work Life Balance

Pros

Free healthcare, food and unlimited PTO

Cons

They work you to death, expect you to be 'on call' 24/7, culture is work-a-holic, non-stop, lots of stress and pressure which does not allow for proper work-life balance. If you have a family, kiss them goodbye because you won't be able to spend time with them anymore. Inexperienced management did not address the problems appropriately.

People are friendly and helpful. Sharing ideas is encouraged. Innovation runs rampant!

Cons

Small company wearing very big shoes. Doing a good job of identifying areas for growth and building!
