Things Move Fast: Don't get stuck overthinking what-ifs, instead there's a strong bias for building stuff and trying it out.

1. Relentless Pace: Fortnite players expect a lot of new stuff every year so there's seldom time to really catch your breath before you're on to the next challenge. 2. Short deadlines: VPs can say something publicly that leads to a mountain of work that needs to be delivered in a timeline that necessitates crunch.
