Pros

Get exposure to enterprise software from the beginning of the internship.

Cons

Low salary compared to industry standards. No sense of family inside. No work life balance. HR is a joke. All the talented people are moving out.

Pros

Great products, good people and good salary and benefits

Cons

I am working for the people team and leadership is awful. It’s top down management and you better do what you are told to. I would be out of here if the salary wasn’t good I will rather hate my job and get paid well as I need the money and the market is not friendly at the moment and Epic knows this. Epic was such a nice place 4 years ago but it’s a completely different company now. Growth opportunities are very random but we have lost many great performers to competitors due to the fact that they did not get opportunities to grow within Epic.

Pros

Healthcare benefit, holidays and vacations

Cons

Toxic leadership from top down. Horrible middle layer managers who treat IC and lower managers horribly. Nepotism.
