Pros

Free lunch, 7 weeks of PTO (2 mid summer, 2 at year end, 3 employees choice) which is needed to recover from the work stress.

Cons

Poor pay, long hours, no profit sharing, non-reliable bonus pay-off, poor 401k matching. 30-year-old company with a start-up mentality of management, and no structure about strategy. No one is in control and everyone wants control. Toxic workplace, with alcohol and weapons being allowed in the buildings - both approved by HR.
