Epic offers great benefits and had a massive amount extremely talented people working there.

Cons

While they claim work/life balance is important it is impossible to have a healthy work/life balance without falling behind.

Some of the best comp and benefits in the business. Everyone working there is top talent. Executives are down to earth and have active participation in all products.

Cons

Poor strategic planning has cost them dearly recently. Being behind the ball on identity protection laws was chief among these mistakes. Often times speed seemed to be prioritized over product quality which created a confusing culture around crunch,
