Pros

Too many to list, just an amazing company that truly cares about its employees. One example being that their health care is bar none the best in the nation, you will never need to worry about your family's health and safety. Amazing vacation policies which provides a lot of flexibility and company-wide breaks. Great compensation, free food, snacks, etc... I have never felt more appreciate at a company.

Cons

Very fast moving company acquiring a lot of other companies and shifting priorities left and right. Navigating what is important week to week and be chaotic. Sometimes crunch is required.
