Pros

Highly engaging, stimulating environment. Many possibilities to learn, stretch your technical know-how and work on exciting new tech. Good longterm vision and direction from a company point of view and CEO.

Cons

Most people juggle heavy workloads. The short-term product horizon may be a bit uncertain and changing. Complex, layered problems to resolve with little resources.

Lacking Leadership

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Pay and benefits are where the industry should be. Unreal engine is nice

Cons

Leadership lacks decision making. They want the employees to guess what Execs and Sr staff want then evaluate those decisions close to the release (within a week or two). This creates a continuous stream of fires to put out. Leadership does not understand the word plan. They think it's something you do on the spot in the heat of the moment. Lots of egos here. These folks literally think that Fortnite is a HIGH quality product with unique design breaking the boundaries for games.
