      Great facility, but worst treatment of employees

      Benefits, salary, nice environment to work at

      Cons

      Management lacking leadership, no value for employees, lack of responsiveness to complaints by employees and members. High pressure and lack of appreciation for employees.

      Pros

      Free membership, nice to work out especially if you live near a location.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work-life balance. You're on call 24/7 and will get phone calls and emails on the weekend, when you're sick, or on vacation. Impossible to plan ahead on projects due to last minute changes. Every monthly promotion was a rush. Lots of turnover within the department (being there more than a year was considered a long time). Benefits were awful.

      Got Hired, started the training process, never got payed for the training.

      Fancy gym, a lot of equipment.

      No life balance, everyone is so stuck up , no schedule, low salary, work work work. I got hired, started the training process which you get payed for however I decided to not work there because they wanted me to quit my other job to be there all the time and I had told them since the beginning i couldn't. They said they would still pay me for the training process however NEVER got payed!
