- Old school company structure: every research associate/analyst/senior analyst does the same role every year and follows a clear research calendar, hence job can become quite repetitive. There are insufficient growth opportunities (in most cases, you need to wait for a manager to resign to be able to reach that title) - Work environment: extremely high turnover of employees in the research and IT department making it for a toxic workplace (employee satisfaction is at all times low in many teams) - Lack of leadership: no clear company vision or career progression structure, promotion based on length in service rather than performance, no clear expectations set for research teams, no feedback on performance or projects completed, no accountability & very lenient culture in most research clusters - Pay: under market average, bonus dependent on company performance

1)Lots of torture, false pressure, useless objectives 2)People who are unfit for people management has taken higher role, Threatens and harrases employees everyday. 3) Toxic environment in Bangalore Technology office 4) Work is getting done by putting pressure everyday and by threatening people. 5)One cannot avail sick leaves, if you take sick leaves you will be harrassed again 5)No more than 3 paid leaves at once, people who is staying in North region it's difficult. 6) Dynamic restrictions and policies by one person not considered employees opinion 7)HR Team only Comes to copy paste the response to bad Glassdoor review, inside office HR has no control all decisions are taken by one person. 8)Playing foosball is big problem. Why do you provide foose ball? 9) No vision, No one can talk,Everything taken personally no room for your opinion. 10) Think twice before joining this company.
