Pros

The sales incentive was pretty good but it was changed by London management team. You can learn many things through your sales career however you definitely experience the internal competition from London office.

Cons

You are required to work 24-7 Ultra Top-down system Management team invested in the ridiculous online SKU finder too much and push all sales to sell it and consulting managers don’t care about level-1,2 people.

Pros

Great Benefits including generous vacation/holiday. Medical Benefits included for a "single" employee. Relaxed atmosphere/culture in office. They take ride in their CSR accomplishments and dedication

Cons

Core product is outdated and losing interest by more and more companies YoY. Severely undefined career path opportunities. Management style is stale and the company lacks transparency on comms to their employees. Only a small amount of sales reps hit their targets. Turnover fairly high
