Going through change

Pros

Not afraid to instigate change and is looking to develop as an organisation. Friendly, global organisation with a great CSR programme and work-life balance.

Cons

Many members of staff have been around for a long time. There is an element of old boy's network.

A place to commit career suicide

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Flexi hours which allows you to come to work later. Pay is decent though nothing to shout about.

Cons

Different standards seems to apply for different people. Absolutely no career progression, come here to commit career suicide. Poor management who are not open to ideas and are too full of themselves. A lot of policies/campaigns are implemented and then forgotten. KPIs are constantly shifting leaving employees clueless about what is expected.
