Pros
If you are looking for a company full of passionate people who are collaborative and creative, this could very well be the company for you. I worked with some of the smartest colleagues, clients, and people that I have ever met.
Cons
While every team is different, the management style I experience can lead to a toxic working environment. I think that leadership can often be blinded by metrics when they should be looking deeper at value driven by employees.
