Pros

Work life balance, friendly work environment

Cons

Imagine travelling back in time to the 90s. That’s Euromonitor in terms of technology, methodology and management style. This place is an insult to human intelligence and should be a case study for inefficiency. Top management really makes me question if they are thinking beings. They are unable to eliminate inefficiencies in day to day work which has plagued the company for 30+ years. On top of that, every time a new initiative is rolled out, it reeks of bad planning and an inability to address or even consider the most obvious issues. Lots of beating about the bush and a culture that doesn’t wish to progress.

Pros

There is not too much pros. Maybe you can write on your CV that you worked for this company, and hope get another job in the same industry.

Cons

The company is extremely stingy. They hire only freelancers for market research reports and data gathering. Most of them are students, housewives and part-timers. Full-time employees at this company are not competent enough either, in order to fulfill the requirement of the project. So, don't buy their report either. They are cutting too much cost, while not hiring full-time analysts. There is no training or whatsoever. Never work for this company and buy reports from them!

Pros

Some of the people... that's about it

Cons

toxic work environment, not allowed to speak to your team at your desk and get treated like little children low to no bonus/salary increases no appreciation towards staff no progression opportunities the company has not made a profit in 2 years and operational staff pay the price by being made redundant while directors and leadership teams get huge bonuses HR are completely useless, nothing is kept private and confidential and spread gossip like wildfire despite being warned by the CEO numerous times managers have no common sense apparently 1 daily piece of fruit is a company benefit
