Pros
- flexible working hours - respect for autonomy & boundaries of individual work - a few ppl that are very knowledgeable and willing to help/ share their knowledge - supportive teammates
Cons
- unrealistic expectations - too many tasks for one person, too much data to validate and process - methodology was not very helpful to anyone, not the analysts, not the sales who try to sell, not the customers who use the data to forecast, since its really not modern, not accurate, not refreshed frequently enough - management was so removed from the reality, the direction that they are going for is based on cost cutting and not increasing the quality of the research all that much - product is not respectable - no career growth, low pay - some ppl are quite egoistic - research budget is so limited for the scope and requirements of the project, leading to low quality products, stressing everyone except the investor out, not sustainable
