Pros

The salary sucks, not competitive! If one gets good territory, commissions can be good to great for new sales. Put your head down, suck up to your boss, and you will be OK (even) if you are a mediocre performer. Bias for people who are loud and vocal. Great learning experiences for new sales roles, you will find plenty of sales role offers outside after your tenure at Euromonitor.

Cons

Sin. office culture looks friendly on the surface but managers are agenda-driven, they pick their favourites. Tread carefully, some of your managers may have even less experience than you, so don't look up for guidance or mentorship from them. But there are a few good experienced ones who know the business. Expect high turnover amongst your colleagues.

Pros

Friendly and supportive culture Interesting variety of client industries, consulting cases, subject matter Unless you are under-peforming, you will enjoy good autonomy and independence in doing your work with minimal oversight/micro-managing

Cons

Decision making is very top-down; managers have no leeway in improving conditions there Promotions are entirely based on time-in-role, personal performance is not a factor. Likewise, you can't move the needle on your bonus. Highly dependent on sales meeting target, which you can not influence Working late, weekends had become normalized by the time I left. This is not in line with the level of compensation

Pros

Use Latest tech stack good for the one who is ready to work in toxic work culture

Cons

1. No one will support you. 2. Join if you want to waste you time and future. 3. Leaders are not at all helpful. 4. You will only see biased people for the local and regional. 5. While joining HR would promise you many things but once you join no one really cares about you. 6. Working on some of the teams is hell. You need to survive any how in the toxic work culture . 7. Once you become favorite of senior levels then it's a chill life for you. All of these points one will come to know after joining the org .
