      Pros

      The company is growing therefore the skills and education I have obtained is priceless. I work with a great team that is supportive and positive - rarely any drama. I actually want to come to work every day and strive to meet new goals. This has been a wonderful experience and I hope to grow with the company.

      Cons

      There is a lot of information to learn. Once you get it I can see how helpful it is. However, in the beginning it can feel like a lot. You need to be ready to stay busy!

      Beautiful centers, great products, discounted or even free waxing!! I was promoted in 6 months! Ive met the CEO its definitely not a faceless brand. Good $$ benefits paid for in corporate position. Its all about you ewc reflects the person, if you have great work ethic you'll succeed. I only saw turn overs of people who werent the responsible type.

      Nothing but women and everything that goes along with that. Sometimes drama and cattiness. Scripts can get old

      This is a young and growing company. The concept is amazing. The business franchises are structured. The incentives are pretty awesome.

      There's not much room for growth. Typically they don't promote from within.
