Great hours, fun atmosphere, sanitary standards, helpful marketing to build books, great services and products.

Cons

Unfortunately they do not offer benefits, but hopefully that is something they will offer in the future.

FUN, Young, similar interests, great hours for hourly employees, unlimited resource and training availability, company wide intranet, paid conferences, ground breaking corporation.

Cons

Unfortunately not every employer has a radar that's on point 100% all of the time, so due to our younger staff, the immaturity in personalities can come out. And that's not to cal immature it's just the simple nature of a front desk team in their late teens early 20s who are still figuring our career and personal lives.

Loved the people I worked with and you can make descent money.The facilities are clean and nice. Some wax centers make you work long hours so I would choose one that is closed on Sundays and doesn't close at 10pm.

Cons

The owners were not very nice! They see you as a number and if you don't see you out of there. They were constantly watching us on cameras. The main job is to sell and some people get reeeeallly annoyed and if they are late and they reservation is cancelled because of it people are noot happy. So like every customer service job you deal with nasty people.
