      Always busy, good training program when you first start. There was good compensation for sales, which also made it a motivation

      The management was very focused on numbers, and not employees

      Pros

      The company is growing therefore the skills and education I have obtained is priceless. I work with a great team that is supportive and positive - rarely any drama. I actually want to come to work every day and strive to meet new goals. This has been a wonderful experience and I hope to grow with the company.

      Cons

      There is a lot of information to learn. Once you get it I can see how helpful it is. However, in the beginning it can feel like a lot. You need to be ready to stay busy!
