Flexible schedule, get in and get out type of employment, you get to meet a great deal of people everyday and you also practice your sell skills. Great employment for someone looking for a par time or someone who currently attends college and needs a job
Cons
The pay is not the great, coworkers who are not clean and managers do not always follow what they preach. The owners expect too much from you and do not pay you enough. The add of employment claims that an employee can make up to 65k and that is just not true. This job is very physical and you are always cleaning. The owner of this particular store is very demanding and is not in tune with what the employees wants, they also employ very negative individuals who do not have a sense of true professionalism. Also there is not break room.
