      made friends, enjoyed being busy. constant new clients and great coworkers. Easy to get time off.

      Cons

      you work like a dog, and I mean a dog. They only want you to sell products, they care very little for the clients and their skin.

      Lack of structure, no work/life balance. As a store manager you are told that you are not to train your staff but you are supposed to motivate them to sell. You have to use scripts, which sometimes do not relate to the customer and they sound extremely robotic. You are constantly being monitored on camera, which did not bother me, but made my staff feel like I did not trust them.
