Training is phenomenal. Speed waxing can be mastered here in no time.

Cons

No part time positions for waxers. Cash tips can be stolen easily. Company doesn't care about employees. No time off allowed. Staff turnover is high. 5% service commission is a joke.

Discount waxing, centers are every where, meet fun people

Cons

Shady management, forced sales, high turn over and waxers talking about clients body odor, excessive hair and physical shape. And the manager sits in her office all day watching you on camera, wierd and creepy.

Free waxes. Discount Friendly guests Commission Somewhat good pay

Cons

Horrible management. Will try to burn you when you quit. They send out a mass email to every store in the entire state telling them not to hire you and reasons why. They accuse people of stealing money or whatever else so they don't have to pay your last check. Will also mess with your money and check and make you wait for it to be fixed as they don't want to pay the fees for their mistakes.
