*50% off waxes *Pretty much busy work *Meet new people (employees and guests) *Work on communication skills *You're really just sitting at the front desk majority of the time

Cons

*Management was AWFUL *No proper training *Everything MUST be done on paper *If you don't do things "like said on paper" your penalized for it *You can't request off (meaning if you want to take off you have to find someone to cover the shift, and if no one can...you can't take off)

Moneys good and usually pretty busy.

Cons

The owners are extremely cheap and give you no pay raises for advancement. They make you come for a meeting every week. You have no choice in hours or days off so your life is this job, dont ever expect to get any time off. The owner also waxes but on like 3 day and take time off whenever she wants. She is also extremely fake talks crap about all her employees and half quit on bad terms. There's not enough employees and I feel the business is doomed to fail. They also blame you for slow days and expect you to go out in rain and the night to get people to come in. The wax is great sometimes and other times it's weird and takes skin up or hold to much heat. The air conditioning was broke all summer in 100 degree temperatures and is still broke! Sales is demanding which is typical but they scold you about it.

They give you paid training and they have christmas parties. The people you work with are really nice.

Cons

You have to wear the ugliest red scrubs ever, the pay is awful and you are getting totally ripped off, they go through management quickly, and the people who owned my location when I worked there were grotesque. The company is so greedy, you make them over $160 an hour, they pay you around $9 an hour. It is soul sucking.
