Unfortunately all the amazing girls left in the last three months, 17 total employees from these locations left in a three month period due to management and ownership inability to treat their employees like people rather then machines. One example of this is a former employees grandmother suddenly passed away and she was not granted the time off for the funeral and even went so far as to write her up for asking. They constantly raise goals so they did not have to give the employees their bonuses. The owners are racist, ageist, and sexist and I'm quoting the owners when they say "We only hire young pretty girls, who wants to get waxed or serviced by hippos." The other locations in Orange County have great owners and management but these ones do not treat their people like humans.

pay sucks you can not survive off of this job alone make this a second job, also they have had over 6 managers since they opened which has only been for one year very pathetic this owner treats her employees like crap which causes a very high turnover no one gets fired everyone quits due to crazy owner who lies and only cares about herself and nothing else she will run this location into the ground. Do yourself a favor and apply anywhere but here.
