      Pros

      if the guests tip well you make money. but my yearly amount was 20000 last year not seventy. Management doesn't wax and are never in the building. I have very little pros

      Cons

      no paid vacation unless your management, little pay, guests are sometimes dirty smelly . I literally hate my job. don't waste your time. no benefits , no moving up in company. catty women. I feel like I work in a factory doing fifteen minute brazillians all day.

      Pros

      Clientele is established, waxers are autonomous due to high turnover, and McTraining techniques. Wax is great, clean and efficient to use.

      Cons

      Its middle school and Mean Girls in one. Pay is nominal, goals are high. Managed via cameras at all time. Time off is hard to get, shifts must be covered (hope you've made friends playing the game). No room for growth as waxer, some for GSA if you want to manage.
